Registration

Formal registration is now closed since February 25 2024.  Please ensure to fill out the DPAC wiki page to help with our logistics

For in-person presence, we ask you to register twice: 

• For formal registration and payment of fees, see "Payment of registration fees" below (now closed)
• For local organisational purposes, on the DPAC wiki:  https://wiki.cosmos.esa.int/gaia-dpac/index.php/DPAC_Consortium_Meeting:2024#Participants

For on-line participation, you only need to register as a participant on the wiki of the parallel sessions you will attend.

Registration Fees

• In person participation: 270 Euros, which includes lunches and coffee breaks from Monday - Friday.   
• On-line participation: 0 Euros, and no formal registration necessary.
